    OMG this poor house. I see a lot of black mold and maybe soot in the kitchen? Oh the 70s trend of putting a shingled roof over task stations in the kitchen. Why was that ever a thing? Best of luck, house. I hope someone sees the promise in it that I do and restores it. I think it’s a bargain for a person willing to put in the work.
