The home was designed by architect Bill Caton. While Mr. Caton was stationed in England during WWI, he toured the country and became interested in the architecture of English homes. Back in the state, he began his architectural career in 1924. Our featured English home was the first home Caton built in his practice. He built it on spec with no specific buyer in mind.
