Family History
This was the home of Jeff D. Harrell ( 1867-1944) and his wife Marnie from the 1910s to 1944. The couple lived in the home with their children Jamie, Maye and Alma. Jeff was an Illinois Central railroad traveling engineer. The home went through a number of diffrent owners until, most recently, in was an attorney’s office.

That is clearly asbestos siding in several of the exterior photographs.
Complying with asbestos removal regulations can range fom 10s to 100s of thousands and just the legal paperwork can take months.
That is a nightmare you do not want to purchase at any price.
