Garrison
This was the home of J.N. Garrison (1838-1902), a successful lumberman who chose to build his home in the heart of town. He, along with his father, owned the C.M. & J.N. Garrison Lumber Co. J.N. lived in this home with his wife, Mary Angeline (aka Ann), and children, G. Blake, Cliff, Cornelius, John and Robert.
Brady
After the death of J.N. Garrison, the home was sold to Lewis and Loralise Brady. They lived here with their adult daughter Carrie. Mr. Brady owned the hardware store in town, Brady & Richards Hardware, after a career in lumbering.
