I had to triple check the price. (once when opening the page, the second when i seen the photo of the cat… (well i think it was a cat as a later photo includes a litter box…) and the third when i couldn’t believe the price… and led me to comment this…)
i am not interested in this excact home… (i like looking at all your listings as they provide me a half hour to an hour of fantasizing living in a few of these homes… i love seeing the three states i wanna move to… and at times, i fall in love with one in a location where i would likely be lynch mobbed…) but even in this location, 29K is so low from what i seen in the photos… and it looks secluded enough too. 😀
there are onlyh a handfull of things that would be required… (as i love the interior mostly.) is removing the staircase zoom thingy… although it would be fun to go up and down for about a month… then it would become a habit… the other is the wood grating on the outside… i think just a few spots… maybe there is something more that i cannot tell through photos.
grr… this is a near perfect home at a significant price… only downside is location. XD
If this home doesn’t sale by the end of the week… i will be shocked.
