Sold – Circa 1918 Fixer Upper in Park Hills, MO Under $45K
OHU50K Notes. $44,900 Sold on 8/18/22
Love the stained glass and staircase, but most of the remaining cosmetics are interrupted projects. On the bright side, partial new roof and windows, rewiring and a new heating/cooling system have been installed. I think my 4-year-old grandson, however, could have done a better job with that duct work. Holy moly.
