NOTHING in Muskegon Heights is worth being a victim. Some beautiful old homes, but not worth the danger. Extremely HIGH crime rate. VERY unsafe, and getting worse by the day. Sadly, bad enough that I sold my home for a huge loss, and went back to California. My rent is 3 times what my mortgage was….and it is worth every extra penny for the piece of mind and safety.
