Circa 1940 Illinois Fixer Upper $39K
OHU50K Notes $39,000
The 1940s house may have a throwback 1980s interior that doesn’t look in bad shape, but the fixer upper has been vacant for some years, and some copper has been stolen. The cheap price also reflects the economic decline of the city.

It doesn’t look horrible, but these could be old pics.
If copper was stolen, its not fifficult to replace with plastic. Shows promise.
