There are only a few reasons that fireplace wouldn’t work, all of them fixable.
I’m a chimney sweep and would take that as a challenge. If anyone e buys this house and wants this fireplace working, I will assist.
Most fireplace repairs are affordable, dont let the ” non working” fireplace stop you from buying this awesome home.
I’m a fireplace genius and don’t mind traveling.
