Circa 1952 DeRafelle Diner For Sale $50K – Must Be Moved From Its PA Location – Sold

OHU50K Notes $50,000 Sold

Here is something different. Not a house, but I sure wouldn’t mind converting it into a guest house.

Formerly the American Dream Diner, currently Harry’s Bistro, is a circa 1952 DeRafelle Diner for sale.  DeRafelle is the largest, and one of the oldest, manufacturers of diners. It presently specializes in diner renovations. This diner, however, is in pretty good shape. The curved glass windows are in great shape and the porcelain steel is in good shape, too. The retro interior has the original stools (although painted), and the terrazzo floor is also original.

Building only. No land. No restaurant cooking equipment. See the video below for a complete description.

Seller Comments

1950s DeRaffele diner building stainless steel for sale. Only the building is for sale, it must be moved from the property to be used. This is NOT a business for sale, or a business lease. I’m selling the building itself, which must be moved using a moving company to your own land/property. The building will need to be dissembled into 2 halves in order to be transported. You must figure out the moving/transporting situation – I can not be of any support. Must be moved by end of August or beginning of September. There is built-in hood in the kitchen, seating and coffee bar for use. Other equipment (stoves, fryers, coolers, fridges) is NOT available. https://youtu.be/L0MNbTesUqU Do not ask me if it is available if the listing is still posted!!!
