Family History

This house had been renting rooms out since the 1920s. Sometime after 1940, after her parents had both passed away, Mary Spice moved into the home. She was a school teacher in the public school system, and later she came a principle. Miss Spice belonged to numerous clubs and organizations and loved to entertain in the home.
