Recently Sold Homes With Sale Prices That Were Featured at OHU50K and Beyond

I always find it interesting to see what these cheap old homes have sold for. Here are five recently sold homes and what they sold for that were featured here at Old Houses Under $50K and Beyond. My biggest take-away is that last summer’s bidding wars are over. Even homes in warm weather states did not sell for more than the asking price. That’s a good thing for buyers.  Why is it, however, that I feel a little disappointed that one of favorite homes featured here, the time capsule from Ohio, goes on to live life without me?
