Agent Comments
This grand Victorian home is looking for someone to restore it to its original beauty! Lots of original woodwork and built-ins in this home! Beautiful trim around the porches and windows. Investors take note! There was a fire that did major damage to the kitchen and minor damage to the family room and bathroom on the main level. Also, there is an additional lot next to this one, that is included.

Family History
David Oris Kent (1878-1961) and Myrtle Wilson Kent (1878-1960) were married in 1897, and purchased this home in 1912. They had a daughter in 1898 who died in infancy, but their other two children, Opal and Kenneth, were raised in this home. Mr. Kent was a stockman/farmer and sold life insurance for 30 years. Myrtle died in the home in 1960 at age 82, and her husband passed away just two months later. The Kent family lived in the home for almost 50 years.

They didn’t show the back of the house along with many more rooms. Looks like a fire happened to a house that was right behind this home.

Yes, it melted some of the vinyl siding in back.
