OHU50K First featured this fixer upper back in September 2021 when it was listed at just under $58,000. It was reduced to $52,000 and sold for $45,000 on 3/21/22. Has any work been done to justify such a dramatic price increase?
Yes, it has the potential to be a charming 6 bedroom 2 full bathroom home. Yes, it is a renovator’s special just begging to be polished! But while it is located across the road from a beautiful brick church, many might find the railroad tracks a detriment. NC real estate prices are getting crazy. Note that the current realtor for this home is from Florida. That probably has something to do with the price hike, too.
