Under $100K Sunday – c.1954 Brick Ranch Affordable Pennsylvania Home Under $90K With Views
OHU50K Notes $89,900
Here is an affordable Pennsylvania home with two bedrooms, two baths. The 975 square foot brick ranch is pretty much you would expect if you went into a model home in the 1950s. Gleaming, hone-toned hardwood floors and woodwork, a tiled bath and a pure fifties front door. The house also has an under-level garage, central air and heat, and public water and sewer. The property sits on a dead-end road in a city of about 4,500 residents. It has views from the rear yard of the town and mountains beyond. And the best best? You can enjoy that view from the diner-like breakfast nook.

Houses in Glassport are overpriced. It used to be very nice there years ago but now is a dying town. No grocery store anymore only dollar stores, rising crime, and alot of drug users. It is sad because there are so many nice homes in that town.
