Family History
This was the home of Katherine LaHaie (1923-2004) from the 1950s until about 200o. Katherine was a graduate of University of Wisconsin- Madison and worked as a field rep for March of Dimes before earning her teaching degree in English in 1968. She worked as an English teacher for 20 years, then retired in 1988. Katherine was Marathon County president of the American Legion Auxiliary, loved opera and golf and had one daughter.
