I love the woodwork and the fireplace! Erie’s Little Italy is a nice little neighborhood. The condition of the houses is inconsistent, but you do see many well-maintained old homes there. Little Italy is near some nice thrift stores and antique stores. Erie has a historic theater and a great symphony. If you move from another state, brace yourself for a million little expenses. The state’s nickname is “Taxylvania”!
