Disregard the agents comments regarding deadline date on this mid century home for sale. Apparently, deals were not made, and the fixer upper was re-listed on Jan. 31, 2023. The three bedroom, two bath home needs a lot of work, but the third of an acre lot backs up to a cemetery, which, in my mind, is a good thing.

There appears to be deferred maintenance known both inside (plumbing 3/4 bath shower) and outside at the siding and finish paint. Seller bid for revamping electrical to code are available. The enclosed back patio had leaky roof h2o damage interior walls and ceiling removed and bleach applied. Then a new combination roll roof and TPO roof was installed by Thomsons Roofing and Construction. “Seller will NOT complete any repairs to the subject property, either lender or buyer requested. Mid-century isn’t my favorite era/style, but this house has a balanced design with the slanting roof, front fireplace, and picture window. The one slanting roof, in particular, gives it the iconic mid-century look. If I bought the house, in addition to obvious repair, I’d do something to make the fireplace look more dramatic. As-is, it doesn’t do justice to the dramatic presence of the chimney on the outside.
