This fixer upper has the potential to be a true beauty. It has a wrap-around porch, front door with transom and sidelights, 14-foot ceilings, hardwood floors, green tiled fireplace, French doors and original trim. It also has a second-floor two-bedroom, one-bath apartment!

The property, however, was used as a plumbing and electrical business, and has no working first-floor bathroom or kitchen. It does have the space and plumbing, though, to install both.

The property was purchased in July 2018 for $68,000 and has been on and off the market since March 2019 for $74,900. At the beginning of July 2020, the price was reduced to $59,900, but without a kitchen and bath, I feel it still needs to come down in price. What do you think?
