I love the water, but I prefer being on the water rather than in it. While this c.1900 handyman special has some redeemable original features, I’m afraid the home might be in the Ohio River some day soon rather than on its banks. It appears that this section of Riverside Drive no longer has vehicle access.

The home probably was a stunner in its day and could be again, but take a look at the photo of the rear of the house to see just how close the river is.
